COMPLAINTS Link is not working!

Dear Sir,

i am trying since 1 month to access a complaint link which is given in INDIAN POST DEPARTMENT's Website &--gt; http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Index.html. >>> FEEDBACK >> COMPLAINTS . now please can anybody help me, where i can complaint about this NON WORKING COMPLAINT LINK!? i tried to search any option like " contact Us " or any similar like this but i couldn't get.

Please Do needful and contact webmaster to fix this link (if postal office n officers really want to help people)

i am ashamed about our GOVERNMENT'S WEBSITES NON WORKING LINK.

as per my Indian government's impression i think they actually did this ON PURPOSE.
