Fungus & worm infested ba

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring forward the apathy shown by big companies towards their very own customers at the time of delivering quality product.

The company in question here is Nestle. I had bought the Nestle milk chocolate bar from one of the stores. When i opened the wrapper i was shocked to find the bar to be infested with fungus and worms. The bar was completely sealed in the wrapper so there is no question of the quality getting deteriorated at the store. And the condition of the store also didnt seem to be bad.
