The price of one laptop was told as INR 40000/-. As I don t have cash that time I was told to pay an advance of INR 1000/- and next day they will deliver to my address. They delivered the laptop and took the remaining amount by cash and told that the final tax receipt will send by DTDC courier. As I was in hurry I agreed with that. Later when I checked the MRP I found it was INR 36495/-. inclusive all taxes When I asked them for refund they are not at all willing to pay me the amount. Even I went to nearest police station [Holasuru Police Station] to register a complaint. But I was told to settle down the matter with those shop guys.
Then it is settled like they will provide me with 2 years extended warranty instead of cash refund. But still after 11 days it did not happen.
