Dear Sir / Madam,
I am working in Doha-Qatar and wanted to open an new NRE account with your bank at West veli street, Madurai branch. I sent application form along with all the required documents and requested for ATM Debit card and Internet banking facility. My account was opened and i received the pass book and cheque book. However i did not receive ATM Card and internet banking facility. I have been trying to call the branch for the last 15 days and no one is answering the call. Also i sent many mails to the branch manager, but no reply at all.
Could some one reply to this mail and do the needfull. I am really worried about your bank customer service quality, because for opening an account i faced many problems and i am worried what will happen for future correspondence for any requirement.
