Swap Machine prvoided by ICICI Bank at the time of A/c. opening.

This machine non activated ever but deductions have been made

& recovered from our A/C.

After many request, problem is still.

Customer care service (by E-Mail) wants MID & TID nos. No MID TID nos. provided by the Bank to me, but customer care not proceed our request without MID & TID nos.

Our request is -If all penalties are waived & activate the machine, then I will operate the A/c. with Minimum Quarterly Account Balance pl.
