If i have given a letter to co-operative housing society secretary he did not give any reply to my letter with in 15 days any action taken on him.

i have came to know that if the secretary did not give any rply with in 15 days he has to pay 1000/- per day to the applicant.

is it correct can u give the details of that ammendement.
