Newgen Software Technologies LTD
Not providing ASR after leaving Jo

Dear Concerned,

I was Employed in Newgen Software Technologies LTD, Newdelhi.

They have a component in Salary named ASR (Annual Service Reward).which is around 3330 Rs. per month.(40000 Rs Yearly)

After 7 months Newgen has removed this component from salary structure.

but for the 7 months Newgen has already cut this amount from my salary.

Now the total amount is 23330 Rs.

I have leave newgen but Newgen is not providing me this amount, saying that If i complete the year then Newgen will pay me the amount while Newgen has already removed that amount from salary structure.

Please do the needful.
