i purchased a laptop from METRO BHANDUP WEST.IT WAS GIVNG ME FREQUENT PROBLEMS SO I HANDED IT OVER TO THE SERVICE CENTER AT ANDHERI AND THEY TOLD ME THA THE SCREEN NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AS IT IS DEFECTIVE.THEY TOLD MY WIFE (SHE HAD GONE TO HANDOVER THE LAPTOP) THAT THEY WILL REPAIR ANS HANDOVER THE LAPTOP IN 5 WORKING DAYS.
HOWEVER, IT HAS BEEN 15 DAYS AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN ATTENDING OUR CALLS NOR ARE THEY GIVING ANY FEEDBACK.
SIR, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?? SHOULD I DRAG THEM TO THE CONSUMER COURT??
AND NOTHIG BETTER IF YOU CAN HELP ME FROM THIS SITUATION.
THESE ACER PEOPLE ARE MANIACS... KINDLY FIX THEM PROPERLY.
