Not attending the complaint

Respected Sir/mam,

we have purchased UPS from Vardhman Computers. after using the one week it's not working. we have try there customer care number that is 011-32955010. but no one pick the phone for last one and half months. if there any one pick the phone they don't register our complaint. we have phased lots of problems. after continues follow up we choose that way. kindly do the justice.
