NEW INDIA INSURANCE CO LTD
THEY HAVE REFUED TO GIVE ME CLAIM AGAINST INSURED ITEMS

I the undersigned holding Policy No. 211304/11/08/11/00000116 dated 30.06.2008 through which i had insurred follwoing items :-

Building Rs.200000/-

Electrical installatioon like Air condition/Personal Computer/Invetor / V-Sat / Fan / Lighting instruments ect. Rs.275000/-

Furnitures fictures and fittings Rs.75000/-

I had taken general insurance police with condition protection against Flood / Earthquake / Electrical Shock / Fire etc.

On 22.07.2008 due to fire in my office Invetor / air condition and electricla fitting was effected and damaged due to this incident. For which i had informed in writing to New India Insurance Co Ltd, Veraval but now they have informed me that you are not elegible to claim against the said policy and they have cheat me and not co operate me to resolve this matter. They have also refused to give me in writing.

You are requested to please help me to resolved this matter.
