Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are Resident of C - 8/ 8582, Vasant Kunj, New - Delhi - 110 070. I have to register a Strong Complaint against Hawkers delivering News Paper in Our Locality.
(1) The Hawker delivering News Paper in Our C- 8, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi have been delivering News paper in Our Area from Last 15Years and they are delivering the News Paper at their own Whims and Fancies.
(2) They are over charging the News paper Bill every Month. It is very surprising to note that these Hawkers have totally made a Monopoly and are taking all the Customers Specially in C - 8, Vasant Kunj for a ride.
(3) The Hawker in Our Area had really bothered us about 03/ 04 Years back and had stopped giving us the News Paper due to the reason that we have not made the Payment. Actually We had stopped the Payment due to its over charging. Some how We have sorted Out the matter.
(4) This time on 08/ 02/ the Hawker had come for the Collection of the Payment for Delivery of news Paper for the Month of January. Since We were busy, We asked him to come after wards. For this reason the Hawker had stopped giving us the News Paper w.e.f. 09/ 02/ 2009 and when We inquired from the Hawker on 11/ 02/ 2009 that why he has stopped giving the News Paper, he bluntly replied that We have insulted him by not making the Payment on 08/ 02/ 2009. He also said that he would come on 15/ 02/ 2009 (Sunday) and shall deliver the New Paper only after Collecting the Payment.
(5) We had waited till 15/ 02/ 2009 but the Hawker did not turn up. Due to this Rough attitude, We are registering a Strong Complaint with your New Paper and shall request you to kindly taken Action Positively on 16/ 02/ 2009 itself against the Hawker of C - 8 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
(6) We look forward for an immediate response.
