NPS Contribution Refunded

My PRAN is 110051159814 and ICICI Borivali West Branch is my POP - SP.

I had made an online contribution of Rs. 1, 500 using ICICI Online Bill

Pay section of www.icicibank.com on 30/8.

But instead of alloting units the money was refunded back to me on

02/09 without any explanation about the refund.

Whom should i blame for not allotting any units?

Despite sending multiple emails ICICI Bank has not yet clarified about future online transactions.
