18th march i purchase a new postpaid conection at Rs500/in

and i submit my all document in time but my new airtel post paid no 9958240003 is not activat at that time . i tell my problem your custemer care and service center but thy did not take any necessary action (i have recipt my airtel sim Rs 500) i hope that you take some right steps in my fever.your sales exicutive no is 9818029407 parmod & office no is 9871734008/9818041675 their i have purchase airtel postpaid no.

if you not take any action i should be go to cansumer court.
