Complaint of forgery against unauthorised railway ticket agent

Dear sir,

I wanted to go to Banglore by Karnataka Exp. so i went NEW RACHNA TRAVELS where mr. firoz asked me Rs. 1000/- exculding ticket as bribe. Being in difficulty i had to pay 1000/- to him. it is there for i would like to complaint about such forgery which comples people to choose the unfair means. I hope you must take some hard and appropriate steps against such agents.
