My fatherhas got Icici Bank credit card & he has taken loan of 59000 from them, Bank has send Amortization scheduleto him & according to that he has paid 10 installment, but one day he received 1 call from bank that ur 2 emis r remaining a enquiring they have told ur due date is 20th of every month & 2 emis they have adjusted into interest & late payment charges.we have told them that where is the statement then they told we have despatcded u but 1 or 2 or 3 how its oossible thati havent received 10 statement.
