New Telephone connection
BSNL associates told us to give the connection on the next day. But now almost 20 days pass

HI Sir,

We have applied for new telephone connection, and got the receipt (No: 11109136014) for PSTN (2460151/PTN1537).

And BSNL associates told us to give the connection on the next day. But now almost 20 days passed. Meanwhile we have visited the exchange twice for the same.

Once bsnl associate told that the concern line man is on leave. And next time they told to meet line man personally.

Is it in the process of getting the phone line? Do we have to walk behind the line-man. And Mr. Line man is saying there is a complex issue you have to give some money.

We are not able to understand for which thing this money is required and he is not even willing to give the receipt.

Kindly look into the matter you help shall be highly appreciated.
