I bought a Hyundai 15" television From Next Electronics, Kamla Nagar, Delhi on 10/04.The remote control of the television was found missing. I was assured that the remote would be delivered to me in 2 days. Now its over 40 days and I am yet to get the remote. The company says its the fault of Next showroom while the showroom guys say its company's fault.
If these guys cannot provide post delivery service, Why are they running such huge companies??
