Boom Barrier Hit on Ca

Hello,

I was crossing through KM 24 NH 8 Toll Plaza at 8:17 AM on 24 June from Delhi to Gurgaon.

While crossing i paid my toll tax got reciept but in fraction of second Barrier

hit my front wind screen and it was broken by that Boom Barrier.

As i was not in tag lane so it was not an automated process.

It was an error made by that toll person as closed the barrier and rammed into my windshield (front).

This can be really dangerous and can be very fatal as glass can do injury to me but luckily i escaped that.

I have registered complaint against them in there damage complaint forum and they said they will reply in 24 hours for damage.

Please suggest what can i do in this case as i want to make sure that they should give response.
