Both the blades got damaged

We bought the nicerdicer on 14/9/09, order no M831075, got it delivered on 22/09/09, it worked nicely in the beginning but first the big blade got damaged (ie, few blades goes up while cutting the vegetables. soon after the other blade also started showing the same symptoms.

Is this thing expected to work only for 2 months! I don't know. Pls help, i had a tough time trying to call your customer support for one week, which is almost every time engaged.

I have lost faith in tele brands, This was my first product from tele brands and decided that i will not buy anything further from telebrands.

Pls do something to help me out..
