Egarding P F Withdrawl

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that i was the employee of Nicholas Piramal India Limited, Mumbai Nicholas Piramal Tower, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400 013

since July 24 at H.Q. Aligarh (State Uttar Pradesh) as Territory Bisiness Manager (Extra Care Division - Field Staff). my provident fund no was MH / 4505 / 702104. I resigened from the company on March 12. As per the instruction from the company i send dully filled P F Withdrawl

Form to Mr Ragharendra Rao (P F Department Nicholas Piramal India Limited, Mumbai) on October 10. When i Joined the company i also submitted dully filled P F transfer Form from my previous Employer Alkem Laboratories Ltd, Alkem House, Devashish, Lower Parel Mumbai P F No MH / 15544 / 10885 to The Nicholas Piramal India Limited, Mumbai.

I am still waiting for my P F and also response from the company.

You are requested to please see in the matter and take necessary action.
