Non payement for conversion project

I had received a data conversion project through VPP (Rs 800) and completed the project and returned it to

In their letter, they agreed that within 50 days, the payment and next project will receive you.

I had received the project on 19/4/08 and returned the completed files (CD) through post on 21/5. But till now there is no reply from the company. I had sent messages through SMS, e-mail and post. But no reponse.

Please take necessary steps to send the payment and next project
