Corrupted Software

Hi

I am Mohammed Khadeer Shariff here. Few days back I received a software CD from your company through Postman.. In side the CD i got software and files, but I am not abel to install that software.. That software is totally corrupted. So can you pls tell me whats the solution for that are you going to send that software again if your answer is yes then pls do it as soon as possible..
