Non delivery of Gas Cylinder in due time

Dear sir,

I have my consumer gas No. G 9393 with Gas Plaza, Hargovind Enclave, Deelhi. All of a sudden my consumer no. has been transferred to M/s. Nihal Gas Service, East Delhi. M/s. Nihal Gas Serice has been neglecting to deliver the gas cyliner owing to reason that it is too far from their office. In the past too, I have made a complaint of unilaterial transfer of my consumner gas. I have been facing a lot of problem due to non delivery of gas cycliner presently registered with M/s. Nihal Gas Service, East Delhi. I therefore request your good self to kindly look into the matter and if possible it may kindly be transferred with M/s. Damo Enterprices, Vivek Vihar which is near to my residence so that it can be delivered on time wasting my previous time. Further, it is requested that M/s. Nihal Gas Service may kindly be instructed to deliver the gas cyliner on time and avoid unnecessary harassment to senior citizen. Once again, I request that an early action in this matter will be highly appreciated. Moreover, I may kindly be intimated on my e-mail the action taken against the erring gas agency.
