Sheet avlability

I have taken the SUN Voucher from NIIT Ltd Borivali Branch, for SCJP exam. That time NIIT person told us, please inform me 24hr before when you want to give a exam. but now when i am calling, he is saying no sheet is available for exam and Voucher is going to expire at 18th Nov. When I talk about money, he told me money can not be refund and if the Voucher will be expire, we can not allow to give exam.

I have also send a mail to promoatic with my problem.

Hi,

I want to give my exam at 11th Nov but I am not getting any sheet.

When I taken the vouchers, that time person told us, when you want to give exam, please call me before 24hr to book your sheet.

I have taken the vouchers from NIIT Borivali branch.

I am going my Native place at 13th Oct for 15 Days and the vouchers will be expired at 18th Nov.

Please help to book the sheet.
