Complaint for not receiving PAN CAD

Respected Sir/Madam

My name is Sagar Yashwant Kulkarni. I and my family member have applied for Pan Card on dated 23/04.PAN number is allotted for us and it is dispatched on 2/05 by post, but till date I have not received pan card. So that I have again applied for duplicate Pan card but same thing is again repeats. I feel very sorry to say that service which is you are providing is not satisfactory,

For getting single card I have to paying double money, it is not good business strategies,

If you have time for your customer please thing about it and find solution for this problem.

CSF NO:704289662 on date 21/10

2. Kum. Kulkarni Sarika Yashwant PAN NO:-BAQPK2169D

3. Kum. Kulkarni Radhika Yashwant PAN NO:-BAQPK2168C

CSF NO: 704289664 on date 21/10

This all PAN number is taken from you web site. All payments and submission of document has done in UTI Pan Card Service, Bajirao Road, Pune.

So, you are requested to take necessary action on it, and replay same time.
