Change of address

I have personally visited to Mr. Anil Bhutani, AGM, SBI Main Branch on 4th December for the followings:-

1. One application for change of address in my S.B.A/c as well as for Inernet Banking. Account No. No. 00000011022215783 refers.

2. Life certificate for my Pension was also submitted to Mr. Tandon of your Pension Department same day personally. PPO No. C/FYS/11796/91 refers.

It is regretted neither the address have been changed till date nor my pensin for Nov. 2008 has been paid.
