Outgoing problem

I am a Aircel prepaid user, My new sim recived in july month . address proof subbmited. Suddenly they stop the outgoing service in before 20. How can i manage. I went to nearby Aircel shop to told my problem. They simply told to me submit ur address proof and some documents to the aircel office. But My out going not send. I am 5 time calling the custamercare centre telling for please address proof.
