Wrong balance statement

Dear Sir,

I am holding savings account in SBI, MAMOON CANTT (PATHANKOT), THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 10331233162.I UUSED THE ATM -CUM-DEBIT CARD IN PUNE TO WITHDRAW 11000 RUPEES BUT DIDNOT RECIEVE THE MONEY AS IT WAS FLASHED ON ATM SCREEN THAT OPERATION HAS TIMED OUT.BUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF RS 11000 HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS NOT UNDERSTOOD.YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CREDIT 11000 RUPEES IN MY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.
