Erroneous Debit of Money

Sir, i the following is submitted herewith for your necessary action please.

1. I approached SBI ATM centre on 06 Apr 09 to withdraw money.

2. After completing all the correct of withdrawing money for drawing of Rs. 10, 000 and 5, 000/- concurrently, it was shown that unable to process for twice.

3. Finally when i checked my balance, it had been debited with the said Rs.15, 000/-.

4. Since i am staying in a remote location about 15 kms from Lonavla and 80 kms from pune, and being in defence service, i am unable to approach the bank. I was convinced through one of my friend who had approached the branch of Berhampur, Orissa that the amount should be refunded within 24 hrs. However, till to date i am unable to withdraw the amount.

Please do the needful action as early as possible to avoid financial hardship.
