Airtel using bad words on post paid customers

Hi readers,

This is Saravana Kumar. I am from chennai. I was using an airtel POst Paid connection.

The number is 9790905204.

but due to high internet usage my bill was generated around 5000 or so.

Then i changed my mind to move to pre paid connection.

I got the call from collection depart from chennai and i explained the reasons and got one month time to pay my bill.

I also gave my new prepaid no to them.

Every thing was fine until this.

But after a couple of weeks a girl form airtel collection department chennai, tooko my call list and started using bad words to my friends and me.

She never gave me any room to explain th suitation.

She continously started speaking badly.

Boy i havent heard such bad words ever in my life.

I was dreamed a girl could speak like this.

She also threated me that she would take all my call list and would behave in the same mannaer to all of my callers.

And she inisted the payment withintoday.

I got th call around 3 pm and she said she needs the payment withthis evening else she is going to behave in the same way to my friends.

I was cornered.

Just tell me what a gut could do in this suitation.

With my frnds help i paid around 4000 odd.

After paying it when i called to her number, it said the no deos not exists.

I got the call on Mar 22.

Sine then i have tried atlest 1000 times to get the apology to my frnds who have not done any mistake.

I mean it i really tried 1000 times or more.

They would have picked the call around 100.

few times they wont attend the call after a min when i call it will go in waiting. Which certains that they are ignoring me.

but once i had a conference call with lady with one of her collagues but she said she havent used any bad words.

and thank god i had recorded all the calls.

i have even spoken with their supervisors.

Mailed the recodring.

Stil they havent gave any feedback to me.

I am mentaly torured.

There may be issues with the network with not getting towers are few other problems, but just look at my concern and lady speaking suck bad words to her valuble customers.

So i have decided to move to court for the compensation of 10 lakh rupees and to human rights commission.

I am not going to leave them without getting the compensation.

Keep your fingers crossed because i may also write what happend to me in the court verdict.

i have also spoken with few others.

Mailed to 121 services i have been trying for 3 months but all of them failed to address my concern

My question: will an employee behave in a such rude manner without their team leads or mangers assistance?
