I think maturity amt short payment

Dear sir

My policy no. is 120413441, (74-15) 30000/ HLY 25, installment premium is 1230/- we are regular deposit premium from June 1994 to June (about, 11year) our plan money back lic policy of 15year. (28.06.94 to 28.06). two time 7500/- each received me. I have not to be deposit the premium last Dec to Dec (03yr), Now the LIC sent me the cheque 23796/- date 18.07. Please write me, I am totally confuse this matter right or wrong
