Subject: Non-release of Pensionary Benefits
1. Kindly refer to :-
(a) PPO No S/063828 (Army) issued by Principal CDA (Pension), Allahabad.
(b) My Saving Bank Account No 30493278584 in State Bank of India, RZ-455A, Main Road, Palam Colony, New Delhi.
2. Case file No 1892 dated 13 Jul concerning to the above quoted PPO and Saving Bank Account was forwarded to your office by State Bank of India, RZ-455A, Main Road, Palam Colony, New Delhi for release of pensionary benefits. After waiting for approx one month and a week, I visited State Bank of India (Pension Deptt.), Chadni Chowk on 22 Aug and after checking my case file I was told by Bank officials that my pensionary benefits will be credited to my account within 08 to 09 days. I checked my account on 09 Sep 2009 and found that pensionary benefits in question are not yet credited to my account.
3. Sir, I am living in a rented house in Delhi and facing a lot of difficulties in meeting day to day requirements. Please look into the case and get credited pensionary benefits in my account at an early date.
