Deficiency of Services

Dear Sir, >> It is with great expectations that I am approaching you and hopefully Mr > Sunil Bharti Mittal about the disgraceful and callous attitude adopted > by your lower functionaries who refuse to give the details of next > higher officials in the hierarchy for fear of being proceeded against > for deficiency of services reported by me. I am also making a concerted > effort to come and call on Mr Mittal to explain this problem in person.>>> First of all my five or six mails would convey how this lady Ms Monica > Kaul has behaved with a senior citizen as well as your oldest customer > who has never defaulted even once during the last nine years as a > subscriber. Services to my telephne were withdrawn even before the bill > was even delivered at my place. I was advised by one of your officials > Mr Sunil to pay for the usage charges and not pay the rental of Rs > 800/-. This led to the withdrawal of services, inspite of my having > cleared the usage well in time. In addition to Ms Monica Kaul, both > these people in Palam Vihar deny this now to save their skins now. In > addition, this lady was very rude, argumentative and outright > belligerent and threatening. I do not think there could be greater > humiliation than speaking to your staff here.>>> The easiest course for me would be to terminate your services to phones > 0124-4013265, cellphones 9810412265 & 9910003276. That would be a line > of least resistance and would allow this arrogant staff to get away > besides creating problems for me as both my children are abroad and we > cannot as elderly couple remain with out phoning our children and grand > children. The plea of usage being effected does not mean that there were > no breaks in services every half an hour.>>> I call upon you to examine my request minutely to see whether it is > feasible for Airtel to cast aspertions on the internal wiring of > internet connectivity when it was clearly pointed out both by your > lineman and one non technical person Mr Rahul that the line after > splitter was in parallel instead of being in series. I never expected > this dishonesty from these officials who have tried to cover up this > issue. I also expect action on two months waiver being granted to me. I > assure you that I would not be alowing this matter to rest till I have > obtained a redressal from Consumer Court, as promised by me to Ms Monica > Kaul.>> Thanking You>> Yours Truly>> Brigadier (Retired) Dinesh Mathu
