This is to bring to your notice that I am a NRE account holder of your bank:

Name – James. D’ Rozario.

A/C Nos – NRE 61448

I have been often sending remittances in your bank for several years and from Zambia past 01 & 1/2 year. My remittances sent from Zambia used to get remitted in my account latest by the 15th to 16th of every month. But now since 03 months it is being remitted very late and I am getting only after 21st to 23rd of the month.

I have checked with my office and with bank officials and the response stated below is the self explanatory. It seems your bank (perambur br) is holding my money and remitting late in to my account.

I here by request you to kindly look in this matter seriously and ensure that my remittances are not being held with no reasons at all and should be remitted to my A/C ASAP.

If this continues further then I will not have any option than to stop sending further remittances to your bank and I will be forced to withdraw my A/c from your bank.

I will appreciate if you kindly rendered your assistance to solve this issue if any and ensure in future that I get all my remittances soon in to my A/C as used to be before.

Your kind assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
