On 11 January This no get simcard registration failed. this was reported to customer care. I trid to call on this no. then someone else pick up the phone. This has been also informed to customer care. I am suffering from this problem till today 14-jan.
Plesase inform why you are not taking any action on this matter. How long I will have to wait and who will be responsible for all this.
