About my loan amount

Dear Sir,

In Your statement you are mentioning that the complaints send by e-mail. I already sent a complaint about my loan to you past 2days back but I din't received any reply from your side. This is second reminder to you. My account no. 9401xxxx8006 (already mentioned in my first mail) I paid all the EMI (6months) till today but I am receiving the message that I have another 6, 000 rupees is pending I don't know how it is? Please give reply or you please tell me that whom I have to meet the officer regarding this (Koramangala Branch) Bangalore. I have all the details that I have paid including your statement and debit in my passbook. Reply to me immediatly. If you want I can close the loan amount at a time by taking the loan from other bank. Awaiting for your reply.
