Sir, Mr. Devender Manchand R/O 28/4, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-11008 has enchrotched and has erected a building on both side i.e front. on road side foot path and at the back side causing the street to be narrowed causing pedestrians and movement of the vehicle through the street a great deal of problem. The whole building has been constructed without the approval of map plan. Hence U are requested to take thew necessary action and save the residents and the public from the inconvinience being caused and also from the alarming hazard in in case this enchrotched unplanned, unapproved structure falls of its own and takes the lives of the people.
In the photographs submitted the building in question is having BUTCH Stone (light brown) outer finish at the rear and the one in the front road sie the with the white balcony and the glass/wood door inn the front. The enchrotchment is 75 to 100 sq.ft on bothe side respectively approximately.
It will be a great help to public if the action it taken at the earliest.
