Bus was draining throughout inside while running

On 14/11, we took Madurai bus approx. around 4.00 p.m. from Singanallur Bus stand. Around 6.30 p.m. due to rain, it started leaking from the top ceiling and was draining around five to six seats at different places for approx. for 1/2 hour.

Unfortunately, we were going to attend a marriage with good dresses which all got wet and, since the bus was already very very dirty, it spoiled our dresses maximum. Sir, we are paying for such an inconvenient traveling.
