Non-issue of PAN Card yet

Sir / Madam,

I have applied for PAN Card vide Application Srl. No. 037919574 dated 07 April. It is miserable to say that after lapse of one month I have not yet received PAN Card.

I had submitted the Application to the following :--

UTI TSL

IT PAN

Rourkela

Code : 20RB245

In the application it is clearly mentioned that PAN Card will be issued within 15 days from the date of receipt of PAN Service Centre

Can I get the right answer of my querries?
