Irresponsible answer from the ticket booking in-charge

I happened to book four (4) tickets from Coonoor (ONR) Reservation counter at COUNTER 1 on 16/07 by 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM for the 2671/2672 Nilgiri Express boarding from Coimbatore to Chennai.

Before entering the queue I checked with the Railway Information system at the station and even checked in the internet reservation system I had 35 available tickets in SL sleeper class.

As I gave the Reservation form the man in the counter, he told me that “you are in a waiting list, if you go the Aruvankadu station immediately you may have tickets”, by his words I made a move towards the station and enquired the station master for tickets and he told that “only two tickets are available from this station, if you want the tickets I will issue them after 3 O’clock” I again made it to the Coonoor station to reserve tickets in another train so it was around 3 O’clock.

When I enquired with the mobile web services through my GPRS connection I saw 35 was available tickets so again I made an enquiry in the information system it was the same so I was in the queue and when I gave the reservation form in the COUNTER 2 the lady told that tickets are available.

So why is this happening in the counter, please responded to this complaint and take necessary action.
