Hi Iam Maheswari from Vadapalani, I went to purchase some daily needs from a NILGIRIS outlet at the T nagar branch, Chennai, when i tried to make a payment via my DEBIT CARD FROM KARUR VYASA BANK the billing counter girl named Indu said that the machine is asking her to "TRY AGAIN" and then she swiped again for the second time and i thought that there was no problem when i accidentally went to the ATM to withdraw some cash the mini statement clearly shows that my Debit card has been debited twice with the amount of RS. 1095/- in the Nilgiris Outlet. When i went in person to their outlet they said that the entry has been swiped only once from their end but from my end the investigation ended up stating that KVB, Chinnalapatti informed that there were two entries swiped from the Nilgiris counter numbering "350777" and "350952" and now the bank as well as the Nilgiris Tnagar Outlet are playing a game with me asking me to contact each other. What a fraudulence. Kindly help consumers to have a Safe shopping. Beware of this Tnagar Outlet of NILGIRIS.
