This particular shop NBC takes 1 Re or more as per whim and fancy on every item that needs cooling - be it water or cool drink like coke or pepsi. They say it they have checked with coke company and a 1 litre water bottle company (cant remember name of water bottling company) and they have agreed to this NBC charging the extra money. There is a lady who is incharge - I dont know if she is the owner or a worker. As per rule, nobody should charge more than the MRP rate for cooling the product, if I am not mistaken. Till date I have not given a single extra rupee at any of the supermarkets more than MRP for coke or 1 liter water bottle. Kindly clarify if it is my mistake or take action on the "seva mandal" who is charging extra for their own "seva".
