Niranjana Majithiya College of Commerce
Not granting NOC and leaving certificate

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I miss SAYALI SARAF studying in FYBCOM in Niranjana Majithiya College of Commerce which is located at kandivali. I have given application of NOC and leaving Certificate as I got admission in other college as per my education. The principal of this college never gives NOC and leaving certificate to the students as she doesn't want thier students to change the college, but as per the rules of MUMBAI UNIVERSITY if I am not wrong, a principal can't stop a student to grant NOC or leaving certificate untill he or she has secured good marks without the ATKT.As I have been permitted to other college for SYBCOM.As my previous college is not granting me NOC and leaving certificate what should I do?

I would really be helpful if you suggest me for this problem or how to grant the certificates from the college.(e-mail) [email protected]. Will wait for your response. Reply as soon as possible.
