I can not send and recieve MMS

It is been one and half month i have been continously interacting with your executives, I spoke to Neha, Manoj, Ajay, Harpreet, etc..and i told my problem very clearly to all of them, Some of them sent me the settings of MMS and asked me to save the settings and then send the first MMS to my own num.i did so but that even could not solved out my problem Ms. Neha Kept me on hold for around 9-12 minutes and did not turned up. Same Happened today (17.09.09) 10:30am I spoke to Mr. Ajay, he also kept me on hold and then said that he will transfer my line to his senior but the line got disconnected after few minutes... I am also in the industry where we take care of our customers but the service provided by vodafonecare was awfull, i never expected this from vodafone i have been using the vodafone since last two years and this time i believe i need to switch over to someother better brand who atleast satisfy their customers. I am really very dissappointed and this net complaint was the only left option for me... Hope for recovery...
