it is to inform you to please verify the knowledge of Rajgarh staff members. You are please to appointed a well qualified staff here who have the knowledge of their work. last week i sell a BSNL prepaid mobile no. 94187-51191 but that no. was not activated since one week i went to SDO office Rajgarh & told to Mr. M.L. Sood that my sold number is not activated. That day SDO was absent. So, Mr. M.L.Sood had told me that they are handycapt to giving me any type of help. and he told me that if I want to satisfy the customer you have to meet the higher officer at Solan. And in many ways they treat us as a servant & does not cooperate in any respect. They are giving the BSNL recharge to any body which they like. Dos't matter he has the licence or not. So. you are requested to please check up the matter of Rajgarh SDO office.
