Cheaters in business with worst Customer Service

On May.02, I had a Diwan & Showcase set ordered at Nitraa Furnitures, Anna Nagar, Chennai.

I had paid them Rs.1000/- as advance and was told that the waiting period is 10days.

After around 12 days when I still did not receive any calls letting me know the status of the order, I called them and was informed to wait for more days. On May.21 they called me and asked me to pay the rest of the amount (Rs.9, 999/-). That was promptly paid on May.22.

The product was finally delivered on May.27, only for me and their delivery-boys to discover that the diwan package has 2 right-side pieces and no left-piece. Also, the diwan has lots of scratches on it, to which the delivery-man commented that scratches are part of all furnitures from Nitraa.

From that day I have been waiting for my diwan to be replaced by Nitraa.

I have made innumerable phone-calls to the Anna Nagar branch only to be convinced for the next tomorrow.

Call Nitraa's Customer Service center and they hang-up on you as soon as you tell them that your are a customer.

June.11: The furniture still is in pieces, occupying useful space at my home and neither is my money being refunded.

Please don't buy Nitraa Furnitures and do the mistake that we have already done (atleast not from the AnnaNagar branch).
