First you arrest Mr. Lewis Lumburg, who has cheated me, by asking me to open a Bank Account Eurpoean Nationa Bank (Fake Bank) by asking me to send GBP 1750 & 1050 = GBP 2800 (around) by that He can credit my Lottary Amount totaling to US$ 2728500/-. he has opened for me Bank account with ENB My Account No.608712490906890 for US$ 2728500/-, but he has put one condition as Anti-terrorist Certificate has not received and I have to pay again US$ 1050/- for accessing my Bank Account.
