Solution for... Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled

Hi... sir... i was facing same problem again n again... that whenever i try to send the request for add frd... there is error of addition of frd's has beeb temporarily disabled... why sir... i was geting disterb becouse of this pbl... pl give me a fever... sir... plz help for me for that... as soos as posible
