Duping customers for huge sum

Sir,

Noble Services (Tel: 64131002) is a registered company based in Mira Road- west (Poonam Complex, Flat No: 1) that provides Child care services. They have taken a huge sum of Rs 4000 services for providing child care, but has done anything after that, nor are ready to refund the money back.

I feel duped & dont know how to approach this matter. Please help.
