To whom my it concern.
I citizen of india facing a problem of electricity form last 3 days there is no current from last 3 days they just give the current for 2or 3 hrs in a day and whenever i call to coustmer care they always said there is a breakdown and ur current will be fine in 2 hrs after 2 hrs nothing will be happen and when i call again they said it will come in 3 hrs. Nobody lookafter us this problem only occur in this phase line from last 3 yrs. somtime the fault occurs due to short circuit some time coz of fuse they would not change the fuse and wire. electrician come and just repair and go back. then after 2 or 3 days same problem occured.
i am living in west delhi najafgarh in todarmal colony near police station prem nagar. whenever we compalaint problem will solved after 4 or 5 hrs after the approch. they will not consider the problem seriously and we r facing too much problem all staff in najafgarh zone is corrupt. I feel shame that i am a comman man i dont have that much money and approch to get a electrcity in my home.
I hope u look into the matter and do the needfull.
